If you have created a email "
user@test.com", you have to fill in the following
data in the boxes :
Name : user@test.com
Password
: YOUR_PASSWORD

2. Why I can't delete
emails in Webmail ?
The reason why you can't delete emails because
of using "Trash Folder" . Once you delete a
large email, a copy will be automatically sent
to the "Trash Folder". However, there is not
enough quota to make a copy to "Trash". Thus,
there is a error occur. To prevent such case, you can turn
off the "Trash Folder"
in the Folder Preference and choose "DO not useTrash".
Sent Email will have an copy in "Sent Folder".
If you don't need to make an backup of sent email, please
turn off the "Sent Folder" in the Folder Preference
and choose "DO not useSent" as the option in
the Sent Folder. Otherwise, it may eat up a lot of quota.
3. Why the Quota Status
can not be updated?
Normally, Quota Status only update when
new emails arrive.
